G. Simpson and Associates is owned and operated by Geri Simpson who has been in the Hospitality, wedding/event planning business over 30 years. She has been in almost every phase of it, catering, sales, consultant, restaurant owner, decorator, fashion designer, floral designer.  She has practised her skills in Los Angeles, the US Virgin Islands as well as in New Orleans.

She is certified in many areas and has coordinated many weddings and corporate events for several prestigious clients, and is a member of the prestigious Association For Wedding Professionals International.  References are available upon request.

Geri is also the Producer of  the Miss Friends of Culture Scholarship Competition, ( a scholarship program for young ladies ages 13 - 17  promoting talent and education through cultural adventures) through her TalentPlus Productions, LLC  for the Organization Friends of Culture, producers of the annual New Orleans based Bayou Bacchanal (a West Indian Carnival)

She is also a member of several local and national business groups, one of which is the New Orleans Multicultural Tourism Network. She is also  a member of as well as the Louisiana chapter Director for OSSN (Outside Sales Support Network), an organization for home-based, Independent Contractors and Outside Sales travel agents that promotes education and networking.

Her "Associates" are also very well versed in their own areas of expertise and are assembled to offer nothing but first class service to their clients.
